Every order over Rs. 3,000 ships free, nationwide. Below that, a flat delivery fee of Rs. 250 applies — shown clearly at checkout before you place the order.

Dispatched within 48 hours

Our blends are made in small batches, so nothing sits on a shelf. Once your order is placed, we pick, pack and hand it to the courier within 48 hours of blending.

How long until it arrives?

Major cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad): 2–4 working days. Everywhere else: 5–7 working days. During Ramadan and sale periods, allow an extra day or two.

Cash on delivery

Pay the rider in cash when your parcel arrives. We call the number on your order to confirm before dispatch — if we cannot reach you, we hold the parcel for 48 hours to avoid a wasted trip.

Quote your order reference (the SH- code on your confirmation page) when you call or WhatsApp us on +92 300 000 1234, and we will tell you exactly where your parcel is.

Packaging

Every product ships in amber glass inside recyclable, plastic-free packaging. If anything arrives damaged, we replace it at no cost — see our Returns & Exchanges policy.
