14-day returns on unopened products

Changed your mind? Unopened products can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. The product must be in its original, sealed packaging.

Damaged on arrival? We replace it

If a sealed item arrives damaged, broken or leaking, we replace it at no cost — including the return courier. Send us a photo of the parcel and the product so we can claim it with the courier.

How to start a return

• Quote your order reference (the SH- code)
• We arrange pickup and inspect the item on arrival

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued within 7 working days of the inspection. Cash-on-delivery payments are refunded by bank transfer — just share your account details with our team.

What cannot be returned

For hygiene and safety, opened consumables (tonics, teas, honey, oils) cannot be returned unless the product itself is faulty. Exchanges for a different blend are handled case by case — talk to us, we are reasonable people.
